Minipleat HEPA and laminair flow filters
Airknow minipleat HEPA and laminair flow filters sometimes incorporates into fan filter units. MiniPleat media packs of filter laminair are manufactured using the close pleat method in which the separators are made of hot melt glue and the complete package is then moulded into a surrounded frame manufactured of galvanized sheet metal or Aluminum frame; in this construction, Airknow HEPA filter similar to Airguard Hepa filters units consists of a close-pleated glass fibers medium with hot melt separators for an even distribution of air over the entire media surface. Airknow compact filter are also thoroughly sealed with polurethane into lightweight anodized aluminum or plastic cell sides, it is suitable for air filter system and ceiling hood. Airknow minipleat HEPA and laminair flow filters can also be made with plywood or MDF frame, and these hepa wood frame is featured with environment-friendly, light weight and anti-rust.
